Skullcap 1:2 contains Skullcap herb traditionally used to 
support nervous system health.

Skullcap has been traditionally used in herbal 
preparations to:
Support nervous system health
Relieve temporary, mild nervous tension/stress
Help relieve mild nervousness
Relieve temporary, mild sleeplessness
Relax and soothe temporary tension associated with the 
menstrual cycle*
Skullcap contains flavonoids, particularly baicalin and 
scutellarin and other compounds.

Suggested Use: Dilute 5 mL (approx. 1 teaspoon) in water or juice once per day, or as directed.

Caution: Not to be used during pregnancy and lactation unless 
otherwise directed by a qualified health care professional. t
