It€™s simple to use, heats up fast and delivers the intense heat of a traditional sauna and the deep core sweat of a Sunlighten full spectrum infrared sauna. Get in, sweat hard, get out.  Simple controls allow you to easily adjust the temperature setting to suit your preference if you enjoy a less intense heat.

Come wearing workout attire, gym clothes, sweats, or a swimsuit. 
Towels, body wraps, tea, water, and electrolytes provided. 

Cancellation fees: We are reserving resources and time for you. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you can€™t make it. Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours notice incur no charge. There will be a $35 fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. A full office visit fee will be charged for failure to provide any notice of cancellation or if payment is not made, future service bookings may be forfeited.
