It’s simple to use, heats up fast and delivers the intense heat of a traditional sauna and the deep core sweat of a Sunlighten full spectrum infrared sauna. Get in, sweat hard, get out.  Simple controls allow you to easily adjust the temperature setting to suit your preference if you enjoy a less intense heat.

Come wearing workout attire, gym clothes, sweats, or a swimsuit. 
Towels, body wraps, tea, water, and electrolytes provided. 

Cancellation fees: We are reserving resources and time for you. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you can’t make it. Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours notice incur no charge. There will be a $35 fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. A full office visit fee will be charged for failure to provide any notice of cancellation or if payment is not made, future service bookings may be forfeited.
